New John Deere Ag & Turf Parts Warranty Terms have changed. This is retroactive to parts sold after November 1, 2016. The following terms now apply:
AG PARTS: John Deere OEM parts will receive 12 months/unlimited hours coverage for both parts and labor when installed by Tennessee Tractor 6 months/unlimited hours coverage after purchase of non-dealer installed parts.
TURF PARTS: John Deere OEM parts will receive 6 months/unlimited hours coverage for both parts and labor when installed by Tennessee Tractor and after purchase of non-dealer parts.
To get the parts you need for your tractor, UTV, or zero turn mower, you can always call your nearest dealer, come on in, send us a Parts Request or login to our Customer Portal.
