A LETTER FROM OUR PRESIDENT

A LETTER FROM OUR PRESIDENT

To: Tennessee Tractor, Tennessee Tractor Irrigation, and Water Well Solutions Employees and Our Valued Customers

In the ever evolving world we find ourselves in, we are making the below outlined changes to protect the health and well being of both employees and customers, as well as continue to service our agricultural customers.

There is not a more “essential business” than that of agriculture and feeding the world.  With that in mind, our 10 locations will remain open to support our farmer customers.  Currently, John Deere’s parts and manufacturing chain is fully operational and together with Tennessee Tractor, we will provide the parts, service, and equipment that you need to complete the spring field prep, spraying, and planting.

However, in a conscientious effort to keep both our employees and our customers healthy, all of our locations will be closed to walk-in business beginning Tuesday, March 24th.

Our Parts Department will have parts pick-up areas outside of our dealerships and our parts sales staff will be at work and accessible to answer questions, order parts, and source parts over the phone. Or you can order online via our dealer portal (www.tennesseetractor.dealercustomerportal.com).  If after hours, we also have our Parts Call Center (731.207.8753) with Parts Experts available to assist you at any time.

Our Service Department at this time will function as close to normal as possible.  Our Service Technicians and Customer Support Representatives will continue their responsibilities both in the shop and in the field.  We do ask that customers do their best to contact our service by phone/text, email, or via our Customer Call Center (731.503.4256),

Equipment sales will at this time function remotely as much as possible.  We will have salesmen at our locations that can assist you in any way outside on our premises as well as complete sales.  We will also have our Precision Specialist and Outside Sales staff accessible by phone/text and email and they can quote, order, and complete sales remotely.

We apologize in advance if this temporary change in business causes any inconvenience, however, we ask for your patience and continued business as we all adapt to this unique situation. We will reevaluate Monday April 6th, and once the situation improves we will resume business as normal.

Thank you to our Employees for all you do every day for Tennessee Tractor.  Thank you to our Customers for your partnership in this business.  We at Tennessee Tractor will do everything in our power to make this planting season both safe and successful.

J Adamson

President
